fantasy challenge

Rules and Regulations

1) Entrance Fee & Agreement

Payment of the £30 entrance fee confirms your acceptance of the rules, regulations, terms, and conditions outlined in this document. Please note that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2) Commitment to Fair Play

Participants are expected to uphold the integrity of the game throughout the season. Each week, you must aim to achieve the best possible score for your team.

As a member of a Super Twenty League, your performance affects not only your own results but also those of fellow managers. Deliberately underperforming may negatively impact others' chances of promotion or prize winnings. Even if your team participates in other fantasy leagues, the expectations of this competition remain unchanged.

3) Performance Monitoring

Any gameweek in which you register a negative score will trigger a review.

You may be contacted for an explanation.

4) Suspiciously Low Performance

The lowest score each gameweek will be reviewed. If it falls 10 or more points below the next-lowest score, your team will be investigated.

5) Responsible Transfers

You are free to use the official Premier League transfer system. However, if negative or low scores result from excessive transfers or adding injured/suspended players, a review will occur.

6) League Participation Requirements (From 2025–2026 Season Onward)

Joining both the main Fantasy League and your assigned Super Twenty League will be mandatory.

a. Overall League

b. Super Twenty League

7) Team Naming Policy

a. Name Consistency

If you’ve played in previous seasons and change your team name significantly, we may request a reversion to the previous name.

b. Formatting Issues

Names containing special characters or excessive spacing may require correction.

In both cases, failure to comply could result in your exclusion from future seasons due to administrative workload, although you may still compete in the current season.

These policies exist to reduce excessive manual admin effort and ensure timely updates to features such as newsletters and cup final reviews.

Appeals Process

You have the right to appeal any point deductions.

You will be contacted by email either on the day of a website update or in advance with a request to justify the rule breach.

Note: Picking injured, suspended, or non-playing players without a convincing explanation gives you very little chance of a successful appeal.

Decision-Making Body

All disciplinary reviews are handled by:

In complex cases, experienced players (5+ seasons) may be consulted.
